Ha, I spent my entire day thinking about the cost of coliving. I’ll work on something, although it’ll be a bit less interesting as the cost of developing coliving is very similar to the cost of developing traditional units — perhaps a bit less due to fewer kitchens but balanced by the technology that many coliving companies including Common need installed (access control, wifi, etc.)
